The weekly program schedule at Wildwood Farm provides a structure and routine that provides balance and opportunities to build a strong foundation of recovery as well as to connect to mind, body and spirit – to be fully alive from shame to pride. Highlights from the schedule include:
Daily opportunities to meditate
Morning Meeting to check in, review day and share gratitude
Esteemable Acts: Animal care, Farm and household chore responsibilities
Clinical groups and individual therapy sessions
Activity Groups: Yoga, Queer Life, Big Book
Art Therapy
Access to the gym and fitness classes
Sharing in dinner as a community nightly
Attending Twelve Step meeting daily
A variety of other fun activities throughout the week
