SCHEDULE
The weekly program schedule at Wildwood Farm in the first three months provides a structure and routine that provides balance and opportunities to build a strong foundation of recovery as well as to connect to mind, body and spirit – to be fully alive from shame to pride. Highlights from the schedule include:
Daily opportunities to meditate
Morning Meeting to check in, review day and share gratitude
Esteemable Acts: Animal care, Farm and household chore responsibilities
Four clinical groups and four individual therapy sessions per week
Activity Groups: Yoga, Queer Life, Big Book
Access to both a traditional gym and holistic gym/classes
Sharing in dinner as a community nightly
Attend Twelve Step meeting daily
Off-Site activities weekly, eg. art, hiking, museums, movies, LGBTQ+ events, theater, bowling, cultural events, kayaking
